FAQ’s

What if my item arrives damaged?

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us right away. Please keep the item in the original box and the way the item arrived at your door as we may ask you to provide photographs to assist in filing the claim with the shipping carrier. All items are carefully packaged but on occasion, items can get damaged in transit. As the shipper, we handle all damage claims with the carrier and kindly ask for your patience as this process can take a few days.

Who covers return shipping charges?

Moto Performance Garage will provide a return label along with an RA# if the item is defective or an item was sent in error. In any other case (e.g., ordered the wrong part) you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

How should I package the item I’m returning?

We ask that you please reuse all original packing material in the same matter that it arrived at your door. If possible, please reuse the original shipping box in the same arrangement or find a similar size box.

Do you have a storefront?

We have a storefront in Las Vegas Nevada that you are welcome to visit. However, we have a curated selection of parts. Please keep in mind that not all items we sell on our website are available at this location as we ship for multiple warehouses across the US.

Can I edit or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Because we fulfill orders from multiple warehouses once your order gets dropped into the system it can’t be changed or canceled. Please keep in mind tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to generate so even if you haven’t received it your order could already have been shipped. If so, you’ll need to open a return request once it arrives to you.

My card was charged more than once?

Please don’t panic! If you had a decline and then a successful charge it may show up as multiple charges on your statement. This could happen for a few reasons like an AVS mismatch. Please understand this is something that is completely out of our control, and banks typically take 48 to 72 hours to release the funds back onto your account. Please ensure that your information matches the information associated with your financial institution.
