Returns

Returns are easy at Moto Performance Garage:

  • Call us at (702)606-0802 or email at orders@motoperformancegarage.com put “Return” in subject line. We will send you back a return number and address to send item back to.
  • You can return new, unused items only, for a refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
  • All Returns must be in original undamaged packaging that it arrived in.
  • Any return that does not include original packaging, shows signs of use like dirt, scuffing, parts being installed/ mounted, etc. will not be accepted.
  • Buyer pays Return Shipping. If you would like us to provide you with a prepaid label sent to your email (valid for Returns for Refund Only) please inform us and we will email you a Return Label. Return Label cost will be deducted from the refund total. Pre-paid Return labels must be used within 2 days or the label will void.

Please make sure your returned item is well packaged when sending it back to us. Any item that is damaged due to improper packaging when returning will not be accepted. Refund will be given as money back by the way that you originally paid. If you paid with a debit card, then your debit card will be refunded.

Remember, no down payment is required to join this list, which sets us apart. The process is simple - when inventory is in stock, waitlist clients will be notified in the order received, and given 24 hours to complete purchase. Not ready to buy? No problem! Customers can remain on the list, but will be moved to the bottom.
